"White Box Study"
A research study on fingerprint examinations conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Laboratory Unit, 2012, which aim was to ask examiners to make analysis, comparison, and evaluation determinations of latent prints that mimic actual crime scene quality, and to mark the features used in making those determinations. The output will be analyzed to characterize what constitutes sufficient quantity and quality to support a decision/ conclusion.

A research study on fingerprint examinations conducted by the Institut de police scientifique, University of Lausanne, Switzerland and Penn State University, USA, 2012, which actual examination of latent and known prints are carried through an online software called PiAnos.
